Please wear clothes you are happy to get wet in and suitable for the conditions (just in case, it is a water sport after all).
No jeans, no jewellery, no Crocs or flip flops. Cotton clothing will get wet and keep you cold so please avoid these.
Please wear sensible footwear that is secure to your feet. Trainers or water shoes are ideal.
Don’t forget your sun cream.

I've never tried SUP before. Is it suitable for beginners?
Our session will cover the very basic disciplines and safety of the sport and we can then build on your confidence and skills. Perfect for beginners.
Are we on our own?
You are always on the water with one of our fantastic instructors.
I am pregnant. Can I take part?
Unfortunately we do not allow anyone who is pregnant to partake in any of our activities.
Do I have to be able to swim?
There is always a chance you could end up in the water, especially whilst learning a new water sport. The great thing about SUP is if you fall in you can just climb back on again.
You will be attached to your board by a leash.
Your instructor will be close by if you need a hand.
Is it safe with Covid?
We follow strict governement guidlines to help ensure we control the spread of covid-19 as best we can, equipment is sanitised between customers and we are out in the open air with plenty of space for social distancing. Rest assured we are doing as much as we possibly can with the knowledge provided by the government.
How many people can go?
We work on a maximum of 10 to 1 of our instructors, we do usually try to keep it to a group of 8. But in peak times i.e school holidays these sessions will run at 10.
